A relationship with no trust is like a cell phone......

"A relationship with no trust is like a cell phone with no service, all you can do is play games."
Having someone to trust is one of the greatest tools a person can have in life. The trust between two human beings is one of the most wondrous reactions that two people can easily share. When we trust someone we are basically able to give them as much love as we want to knowing that they will only use this love wisely, and will never use this love against us.

When we deal with people we know we can trust, we know that we have someone that we can confide in with any given secret in our lives, and know that it will not ever be leaked. We know that we could give them the shirts off of our back if they needed it, and that they would give us the shirt off of their back if we needed it. Trust is one of the biggest relationship makers and breakers, because with trust a relationship is able to grow, and without trust a relationship will crumble.

I miss everything that used to be what happened?

Dear you, I miss you. I miss how you cared for me, how you always make my day, how you used to cheer me up, and how you make me feel that you love me. I miss everything that used to be what happened? Love, me.

Have you ever had to take a step back and ask yourself who the person is that you have become? Some of us have and some of us are even on the road to becoming someone that we know we truly arent at our hearts level. Right now examine the things that you do most weekly. Do you spend a majority of your time with people that are taking you towards whatever dreams or goals that you may have for yourself, or do you spend time with people who are dragging you down to where they want you to be instead of encouraging you to be where you want to be. Be honest with yourself today and really take a close look at where you are going in life, and if you feel like you arent going where you need to go, it is time to change the things in your life needed to turn your life around. This week take bold steps in advancing towards change, and remember only you can make that change!

love yourself to become a new person

Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person.
There are some instances in our lives that we will be forced to decide to move on from a situation rather than to hold on to something that will ultimately distract and stop us from achieving what we envisioned for ourselves in life.

To be successful in life, we have to commit to living an active life. Some relationships and other circumstances that are part of our lives now, will weigh us down too much and not allow us to keep progressing forward in life.

One principle we must all remember is that to obtain success, we must be willing to keep moving, even when there are parts of our lives that we always thought were vital arent able to go along with us.

Be willing to let the old parts of you go when the time is right. Only you know what is in your heart, and only you know what is truly holding you back from reaching greatness, make the best decisions for you and for what is in your heart.

Stand Up For Something, Even If It Means Standing Alone

Stand up for something, even if it means standing alone. Because often times, the one who flies solo has the strongest wings.

One principle that we must learn in our lives is that it is way easier to believe and stand for something, than not to believe in anything and fall for everything. If there is something you believe in, really believe in it, with a firm unwavering faith. Life has its ups and its downs, and life will at many times try to discourage you from holding on to what roots you, and to what helps to support your foundation in it.

Never waiver, and never stop believing. It is much better to believe and stand for something, than to believe in nothing and really have nothing happen. Be one of the few who doesn't just say that they believe in something until they are tested, believe in what makes you strong until you can no longer believe anymore, for it is this belief, and this drive that will take you places that only people who are courageous enough to keep believing, can go.

All Of Our Dreams Can Come True

All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
The dreams that you have inside of yourself, are the dreams that can be a reality if you allow yourself to act on them. Nothing that your mind creates, can't be achieved, unless you allow forces in your life to stop it.

It may sound cliche but the simple truth is if you can dream then you can do it. Walt Disney himself was a dreamer that actually did, and that made changes to generations for years to come, and there is potential in you to be greater than Walt Disney ever was.

Stick to what your heart is telling you, though you will always face difficulty in life, when we follow our hearts the challenges that we must overcome will never feel like challenges. Sticking to you dreams and pursuing them with an valorous assertiveness will guarantee us that we will inevitably see our dreams come to past.

Make The Most Of Yourself

Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.
One great quality that we all have as human beings is being able to feel what is right by examining the way that we feel at our heart's level. Not only do we have the ability to think about life, but we have the ability to navigate life by using our heart and soul to guide us.

If a person wants to truly follow what is inside of their heart, they must be willing to first find their self. One must take a keen look at what is inside of them so that they will be better able to trust in their own decisions.

When a person isn't too familiar with their selves, then they are more than likely going to be highly influenced by the opinions of others surrounding them.

We must be willing to trust in ourselves, for we know way more than we think, we also know what we feel inside of our hearts.

Dreams Won't Come Looking For You That's Why You Have To Chase Them

" Dreams won't come looking for you that's why you have to chase them. Pursue them until they become reality, then hold on tightly.

Some say that those who live a life with dreams, but never attempt to make them a reality, don't really have anything at all. When we live our lives it is important to not only dream, but to go after these dreams with a diligent effort as well. Without doing so then we will never have anything of real substance in our lives. Many fail to realize their dreams because they seem to worry mainly about society's beliefs instead of what they believe in their hearts to be true, or that could be true.

In order to realize our dreams we must not follow the most popular vote or most popular way of life, but instead we must follow our heart's vote, and the direction in which our hearts want us to go. Making a voyage may not be easy, and you may never go to the place that you truly set out to go, but a person will be farther satisfied with knowing that they gave it all at the end, instead of leaving life knowing they gave it nothing!

Do Not Let The Opinions Of Others Consume You

"Do not let the opinions of others consume you."
When we choose to let the opinions of others matter too much to us, then we are choosing to let their opinions consume us. Instead of living your life worried about what others may think or feel about what you are doing, live your life to the best of your ability, with the things that are in your heart and not someone else's heart.

One thing we must all learn in life is that the more that we are productive, and the more that our light and our soul is shown to the world, there are always going to be those who will speak against us, even if most times they have no justification or right to do so.

Any time there is a positive force of production in the world, there will be negative forces to try to stop, by speaking against it, and trying to persuade it in any way possible to stop. Never let the opinions of others consume you, live your life, and live to be as great as you possibly may become.

Whether You Think You Can Or Think You Can't You're Right

" Whether you think you can or think you can't you're right."
What you do in this world is what you choose to believe that you can do. I know, we have all heard the saying "you can be anything that you put your mind to" but this saying is so clich because it is very true.

Your life is what you make it. If you choose to wallow in your failures, and if you choose to submit to you defeats, then chances are you won't have much victory or success in your life. If instead you choose to learn from the parts of life that you don't do so well in, and if you choose to continue to keep getting up after life knocks you down, failure will only be in your life for a limited amount of time, and success will be in your life substantially. But you are only going to harvest the seeds in life that you have sown, make sure that you plant the right ones.

This Is Your Life Do What You Love

"This is your life. Do what you love, and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. All emotions are beautiful. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things and people, we are united in our difference. Ask the next person you see what their passion is, and share your inspiring dream with them. Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself. Some opportunities only come once, seize them. Life is about the people you meet, and the things you create with them so go out and start creating. Life is short. Live your dream, and wear your passion.
What do you want? Sometimes it's good to ask yourself this question and then see if your actions correspond with these same goals. For instance if you say you want straight A's how much time are you studying? If you want to be a better friend/spouse/coworker/relative how are you treating others? If you want more money, how are you managing the money you have now? Are you working toward what you want in life or are you just expecting it to happen?

To grow and achieve your goals we must ensure we are working towards them. Try it for yourself. Set up a progress report on what you said you want and what you did for it. Make efforts to help to keep yourself accountable for your actions and how they directly correlate with your dreams, and be willing to change the things in your life that are delaying your progress from achieving the goals in life you may desire.

Love yourself and be proud........

"Love yourself and be proud of everything that you do, even your mistakes. Because even mistakes mean you're trying."
Learning to love yourself is key in truly embodying and truly becoming the great person you are. Though sometimes life seems to be a bit scary when we are all alone, we have to believe in the fact that when we learn to persevere alone, we learn a lot about ourselves and the journey in life that is our destiny.

We are destined to do tremendous things, and knowing this we have to be willing to continue to fight for our destinies, no matter who is around us. Sometimes we will be alone in life, but it is in these times that we are truly able to learn a lot about ourselves and a lot about who we are destined to become.

Never think of being alone as a depressing time. Seek God, meditate and pray unceasingly for in actuality with God you are never alone. He will speak to you and he will guide you out of darkness into a life filled with positivity, love, peace, and great friendships.

Love The Wrong Person............

"Sometimes we need to know what love feels like when it's wrong before we can truly appreciate it, when it's right."
Life is full of crazy experiences, and this is true especially in our love life's if we take an honest look at them as well. Many times we don't end up with the person that we may have always thought we would end our lives with. Sometimes the first person we love isn't the right fit for us, but he or she is definitely a big teaching tool that we use to gauge our experiences for almost forever.

Though it gets tough to think about losing someone that you thought is supposed to be in your life forever, we must believe in the fact that everyone is not for us. Some people are truly only with you until you reach a certain amount of growth in your life, because sometimes people can grow apart. Be able to learn from your past relationships, and never be so stuck in something that you let it kill you slowly. Stick with the relationships and experiences that help you thrive in life.

Tell Them........If you love someone

"If you love someone, tell them. For hearts are often broken by words left unspoken."
Every day that passes by on this Earth that we have life in, is simply a blessing. No one can predict the date and exact time that they will go to meet their maker, but we do know that death is inevitable. One of the most important things we can do in our lives is to make it a point to tell people what is on our hearts. There have been so many who regret not telling people how they really felt, or how much they cared for them before they passed.

The pain that many experience because of this regret can be very intense because you realize that all it would have took to change the regret you are feeling in the moment, is a little more initiative on your part. Refuse to live with regret, and refuse to be ruled by the fear of telling someone something that they may not reciprocate. Tell people how you feel while you still have the time to.

To Become A New Person And Better Person You Must Love Yourself

"Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person"

Little Habits that Steal Your Happiness

You ultimately become what you repeatedly do.  If your habits aren’t helping you, they’re hurting you.  Here are a few examples of the latter that will steal your happiness if you let them:

1.  Focusing on everyone’s story except your own.

Don’t be so satisfied with the success stories of others and how things have gone for them that you forget to write your own.  Unfold your own tale and bring it to life.  You have everything you need to become what you are capable of becoming.  Incredible change happens when you decide to take control.  This means consuming less and creating more.  It means refusing to let others do your thinking, talking, and deciding for you.  It means learning to respect and use your own ideas and instincts to write your passage.
If you want your life story to soar to new heights, you’ve got to clear a path, reduce the time-sinks and burdens weighing you down, and pick up the things that give you wings.  Keep your best wishes and your biggest goals close to your heart and dedicate time to them every day.  If you truly care about what you do and you work diligently at it, there’s almost nothing you can’t accomplish.

2.  Waiting for the perfect moment.

Don’t buy into the myth of the perfect moment.  Moments aren’t perfect; they’re what you make them.  So many people wait around for the stars to align to do what they’re here to do.  The perfect moment, the perfect opportunity, the perfect state of being, etc.  Wake up!  These states of perfection are myths.  They do not exist.
Your ability to grow to your highest potential is directly related to your willingness to act in the face of imperfection.  You will come to succeed not by finding a perfect moment, but by learning to see and use life’s imperfections perfectly.

3.  Working for nothing more than a paycheck.

Work without interest is imprisonment.  Even if you aren’t super-passionate about your work, you’ve got to at least be interested in it.  When you design a lifestyle in which your work is something you suffer through daily strictly to pay your bills, you end up spending your entire life wishing you had someone else’s.
Think about it.  This is your life; your work will fill a large percentage of it.  It’s not all about the money; it’s about you.  Ignore the propaganda, especially from people who say, “Don’t let your work define you.”  Reverse this message and mediate on it:  “I will do work that defines me.”  When the essence of who you are defines at least some slice of the work you do for a living, that work generates fulfillment.
Bottom line:  Interest in your work puts quality in your output and happiness in your mind.  Don’t settle for a paycheck.  Shuffle around until you find work that interests you.

4.  Harboring feelings of hate.

As Martin Luther King Jr. so profoundly said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.  Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”  Truth be told, when we harbor feelings of hate, it eventually gets the best of us.  It takes control of us.  We forget why we hate, what we hate, and whom we hate – we simply hate for the sake of hating.  And then, naturally, we begin to hate ourselves too.
Everything and everyone you hate rents permanent space in both your head and heart.  So if you want to eliminate something or someone from your mind, don’t hate.  Instead, disconnect yourself, move on, and don’t look back.

5.  Holding tight to worries and fears.

Someday when you look back over your life you’ll realize that nearly all of your worries and anxious fears never came to fruition – they were completely unfounded.  So why not wake up and realize this right now.  When you look back over the last few years, how many opportunities for joy did you destroy with needless worry and negativity?  Although there’s nothing you can do about these lost joys, there’s plenty you can do about the ones that are still to come.
You will find that it’s necessary to let some things go simply for the reason that they’re heavy on your heart and soul.  Let go of them.  Don’t clamp shackles to your own ankles.  It’s incredibly easy to enjoy more of your life right now, no matter what the situation.  It’s just a matter of letting go of the layers of nonsense that are weighing you down.
Let go of your worries and fears, of your rage and jealousy, of your need to always be right and control others.  Let go of your pretentiousness and your need to have everything your way.  Underneath all these layers of nonsense there is a happy, productive person.  When you start peeling them off and simply appreciating everything for what it is, life can be wonderfully fulfilling.

6.  Dwelling on difficulties.

A bad day is just a bad day.  Choose not to make it anything more.  Times of adversity will inevitably affect the conditions in which you live and work; yet you don’t have to let it affect who you are and where you’re headed.  Take note of the setbacks and adjust to them, but don’t expand on them by making them a bigger part of your life.
Every day brings new lessons and new possibilities.  There is always a way to take the next step forward on the path you’ve chosen.  Events may be terrible and inescapable at times, but you always have choice – if not when, then how, you may endure and proceed onward.

7.  Constantly seeking fleeting contentment.

There are two variations of contentment in life – fleeting and enduring.  The fleeting type is derived from instants of material comfort, while the enduring type is attained through the gradual growth of your mind.  At a glimpse it might be difficult to decipher one from the other, but as time rolls on it becomes vividly obvious that the latter is far superior.
Enduring contentment sustains itself through life’s ups and downs, because through them your mind remains confident and at peace.  On the other hand, when life’s fleeting changes have the ability to ruffle your mind into a frenzy, even the most elaborate physical comforts won’t make you any happier for very long.

8. Trying to make a big difference all at once.

If you want to make a difference in the world, start with the world around you.  Making a big difference all at once is usually impossible, and the process of trying is extremely stressful.  However, instantly making a difference in a few lives is entirely possible and usually fairly easy.  You just have to focus on one person at a time and start with the one closest to you.
Work to make a bunch of small splashes, and let the ripples spread naturally.  If you want to change a person’s mind or mood, sometimes you have to change the minds or moods of the people around them first.  For instance, if you make one person smile, their smile just might make others smile too.  In this subtle way, you can touch the masses with your thoughtfulness without stressing yourself out.

9.  Holding on to someone who hurts you.

Sometimes you have to walk away from people, not because you don’t care, but because they don’t.  When someone hurts you time and time again, accept the fact that they don’t care about you.  It’s a tough pill to swallow, but it’s necessary medicine.  Do NOT strive to impress them any further.  Waste not another second of your time trying to prove something to them.  Nothing needs to be proven.  Do not act with any thought of them ever again.

10.  Over-amplifying the importance of physical attractiveness.

Infatuating yourself with someone simply for what they look like on the outside is like choosing your favorite food based on color instead of taste.  It makes no sense.  It’s innate, invisible, unquantifiable characteristics that create lasting attraction.
Just as some people enjoy the smell of mint, while others prefer the scent of cinnamon, there is an undeniable, magnetic draw that attracts you to the qualities of certain people, places, and things.  Sometimes it’s even the scars your soul shares with them that reels you in and creates the very hinges that hold you together in the long run.

Sometimes laughing isn't something you do for fun. Sometimes it's a relief whenyou have nowhere to run.

Laughter  is some of the best natural medicine that we have available to
us in this world. Laughter is shown to have tremendous healing effects
along with and compared to other forms of medicine. Laughter allows for
us to be relieved from the stress of any situation that we may be
experiencing because it allows for us to step back, see the situation for
everything that it really is so that we may best determine how to handle
it, and grow from it.
Sometimes laughing just isn't what we do for fun. It is what we turn to
help deal with certain situations that arise in our lives. Laughter is
something that can be done at anytime, whether to break the ice, or to
break the negative in any situation just enough to be able to further
break it up with more ease. Laugh more, smile, and remember that
laughing is essential in being able to overcome many trying situations in
your life.
