Never Lose Your Hopes and Dreams.......

"Hopes and Dreams are like teardrops in the rain, they get lost in reality."
Isn't it funny how as children we have the biggest amount of expectation for our lives when we grow older, but only a small amount of us actually follow and accomplish our dreams, while the rest of us are stuck working jobs that we know aren't really too fulfilling. Even with a day job there is still time after work to pursue a dream. Giving yourself a push forward each day whether that push be big or small will help keep your dream alive. Also to ensure you are pursuing your hopes and dreams correctly and in the best manner possible it is imperative to educate yourself on your dream before and even after it is achieved.

Through life's difficulties and challenges it easy for us to lose sight of our hopes and dreams and to make our reality as everyone elses reality is. It takes a strong will, a massive dedication of time, a fair amount of natural born talent, and a superb plan, but with all of these factors in check our hopes and dreams can and will be made a reality.

All Of Our Dreams Can Come True

All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
The dreams that you have inside of yourself, are the dreams that can be a reality if you allow yourself to act on them. Nothing that your mind creates, can't be achieved, unless you allow forces in your life to stop it.

It may sound cliche but the simple truth is if you can dream then you can do it. Walt Disney himself was a dreamer that actually did, and that made changes to generations for years to come, and there is potential in you to be greater than Walt Disney ever was.

Stick to what your heart is telling you, though you will always face difficulty in life, when we follow our hearts the challenges that we must overcome will never feel like challenges. Sticking to you dreams and pursuing them with an valorous assertiveness will guarantee us that we will inevitably see our dreams come to past.

Dreams Won't Come Looking For You That's Why You Have To Chase Them

" Dreams won't come looking for you that's why you have to chase them. Pursue them until they become reality, then hold on tightly.

Some say that those who live a life with dreams, but never attempt to make them a reality, don't really have anything at all. When we live our lives it is important to not only dream, but to go after these dreams with a diligent effort as well. Without doing so then we will never have anything of real substance in our lives. Many fail to realize their dreams because they seem to worry mainly about society's beliefs instead of what they believe in their hearts to be true, or that could be true.

In order to realize our dreams we must not follow the most popular vote or most popular way of life, but instead we must follow our heart's vote, and the direction in which our hearts want us to go. Making a voyage may not be easy, and you may never go to the place that you truly set out to go, but a person will be farther satisfied with knowing that they gave it all at the end, instead of leaving life knowing they gave it nothing!

This Is Your Life Do What You Love

"This is your life. Do what you love, and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. All emotions are beautiful. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things and people, we are united in our difference. Ask the next person you see what their passion is, and share your inspiring dream with them. Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself. Some opportunities only come once, seize them. Life is about the people you meet, and the things you create with them so go out and start creating. Life is short. Live your dream, and wear your passion.
What do you want? Sometimes it's good to ask yourself this question and then see if your actions correspond with these same goals. For instance if you say you want straight A's how much time are you studying? If you want to be a better friend/spouse/coworker/relative how are you treating others? If you want more money, how are you managing the money you have now? Are you working toward what you want in life or are you just expecting it to happen?

To grow and achieve your goals we must ensure we are working towards them. Try it for yourself. Set up a progress report on what you said you want and what you did for it. Make efforts to help to keep yourself accountable for your actions and how they directly correlate with your dreams, and be willing to change the things in your life that are delaying your progress from achieving the goals in life you may desire.

Let your dreams be bigger than your fears, your actions louder than your words, and your faith stronger than your feelings.

In life though it is very important for us to be able to dream, it is also important to note that the dreams we have will not work unless we are willing to work towards them as well. Without starting an engine and actually going from point to point, having a car is actually pretty useless. This is also true with the dreams we have and what we are able to do with them. We must be willing to not only dream and be imaginative, but we must also be willing to go courageously in the direction of our dreams. We have to be willing to give ourselves a chance to live out the life we conceived we might possibly be able to live in the future. Commit to acting on your dreams, and the more that you are willing to commit, the more near our dreams will become to us.

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength....

Becoming a dreamer is huge, and it seems as though when people grow up after childhood they lose much of their creativity and imagination that allows for them to dream. A dreamer is someone who is able to visualize and create dreams while they are awake so that eventually they will be able to act. One thing about this world is that though it is full of those who are able to formulate dreams during times that they are awake, there are only a certain few who are special enough, and bold enough to follow the dreams that are given to them by their hearts. To be a success, you not only have to be able to dream, but you must be willing to go forth towards your dreams as well, never letting any obstacle that life is willing to put in your path stop you from being where you want to be and accomplishing the dreams you have in your heart.

Most of the shadows of this life are caused by .......

Do you ever feel like you know you are doing things that aren't what you are supposed to be doing, yet continue to act daily in the repeat these same habits? It is never too late to change, and it is never too late to get out of your own way so that you dont continue to block the light. There is nothing in our way to our destinies except if we get in our own way. Getting out of your own way may mean that you take an active role in changing your everyday habits. Getting out of your own way may mean that you get away from the people in life that are doing nothing to bring you up, but only take your valuable time away to bring you down. Quit getting in your own way, and start making the right decisions each day in order not to.

Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dreams …

The Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream (DEILD or dream re-entry) is a condensed version of the
WILD technique, allowing you to slip into a lucid dream from a waking state. Under the right
conditions, it's a wonderfully effortless way to become lucid.
Once you get to know the DEILD technique, you'll be able to use it multiple times per night
in what is also called dream chaining . You can also use it to deliberately re-enter a great
dream (lucid or non-lucid) if you prematurely wake up.

How to Have a DEILD
If you're a light sleeper (you wake up at various times during the night) then DEILDs may
come very naturally to you. If you're a heavy sleeper, you might need the aid of an alarm
clock or lucid dreaming app (like the Singularity Experience ) which is designed to
momentarily wake you from REM sleep...

1. A Momentary Waking
The ideal conditions for a Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream occur after 4-6 hours of sleep,
when your REM cycles are starting to become longer. You must briefly wake up from a dream
in order to implement the DEILD technique. If you find this happens naturally - great. If not,
use an alarm as mentioned above. The alarm should be disruptive enough to rouse you from
the dream state, but not enough to wake you fully. It should also shut itself off as soon as
you are partially woken.
Failing that, allow your adorable Shetland Sheepdog to sleep on the bed with you and
disturb you in the night. Works for me :)

2. Stay Still and Visualize
As your mind straddles the border between a dream and wakefulness, keep your body
absolutely still. Any movement now will trigger the firing of motor neurons in your brain and
transfer your full consciousness to the waking world. Any sense of sleep paralysis will also
completely wear off. (This is why you don't want to have to move in order to shut off your
alarm.)
With your body unmoving, keep your eyes closed (or immediately close them) and recall the
dream you were just in. Place yourself back in the exact same moment you were in before
you woke up. Sometimes this happens automatically and the DEILD becomes effortless. If
not, try to mentally recapture that dream in as much detail as possible. Recall the sights,
sounds, emotions and tactile sensations of the dream. If you find this alien, see these tips
on How to Visualize with all the senses.

3. Dream Re-Entry
This part is automatic. If you performed the last two steps accurately enough, your brain will
re-create the dream and send your awareness back in - only this time, you'll be fully lucid.
Like Wake Induced Lucid Dreams, DEILDs are highly vivid because you enter the dream with a
heightened sense of awareness carried over from the waking state. Once you "sink" or "pop"
into the dream, remind yourself that you're dreaming and perform a reality check for good
measure.
The time between waking up and re-entering your dream lucidly can be as little as a few
seconds. If you find you are lying in bed for several minutes, then the moment is almost
certainly gone. But don't worry - you can still have a lucid dream at this point by following
the steps outlined in How to Have a Wake Induced Lucid Dream.
